DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Policy

Goods will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days and can be expected to be delivered up to 7 working days from receipt of order.

Depending on the size and refridgeration requirements, your product will be sent with one of the following courier companies

• NP Distribution
• Supermail
• Australia Post

If goods have not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us

If goods are unavailable you will be contacted within 2 - 3 working days

Please note: orders via the Web site can only be delivered within Australia. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us

Returns and Exchanges

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the merchandise you have received, we will happily organise a refund (in the form of your initial payment) or an exchange for you. Except where required by law, all returned items must be:

1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
2. Undamaged
3. Returned within 30 days of delivery
4. In a saleable condition upon return

It is your responsibility to ensure the items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you return item via an Australia Post office please keep the appropriate proof of postage. Otherwise, if the return parcel goes missing, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
