Full Cream Milk Powder is manufactured from fresh, choicest quality whole milk that is pasteurised, concentrated, and then gently spray dried. The powder is cream in colour, free flowing without hard lumps, and soluble in water. Available in standard and instant varieties.

Applications:

  • Can be reconstituted for most recipes that require fluid whole milk as an ingredient.
  • Confectionery – milk chocolate, candy, fudge, icings
  • Bakery – cakes, pies, biscuits, cookies

Packaging:

The standard pack is a lined, multi-walled paper sack, which provides a barrier to moisture and oxygen. The sacks are heat sealed top and bottom for maximum protection. No staples or metallic fasteners are used.
