Colostrum contains high amounts of Immunoglobulins (especially IgG type) and Lactoferrin, an iron chelating protein which is a excellent inhibitor of organisms that require iron for growth. Also Colostrum contains growth promoting factors like insulin growth factor I and II, bovine colostrum growth factor and epidermal growth factor. Colostrum Powder is spray or freeze dried, cream in colour and free flowing.
