Description
Cream Powder is a spray dried blend of fresh dairy cream and skim Milk. Product characteristics include good solubility & dispersibility, free flowing, high fat content with an excellent flavour.

The high powdered fat level makes this product ideal for use in many food manufacturing processes, such as:

Packaging:
The standard pack is a polythene lined, multi-walled paper sack, which provides a barrier to moisture and oxygen. The sacks are heat sealed top and bottom for maximum protection. No staples or metallic fasteners are used.
