Micellar Casein Isolate is manufactured in Australia from fresh skim milk by membrane filtration technology. Micellar Casein Isolate has exceptional heat stability and exhibits a fresh, clean flavour profile and thus can be added into a wide range of food applications. It is a relatively slow digesting protein and thus is ideal for use into adult and sports nutrition applications. The term micellar casein isolate (MCI) is reserved for a product with a minimum of 90% protein on a dry matter basis.
