Milk Crumb is supplied mainly to the confectionery industry for the production of compound and milk chocolate. Milk Crumb has an attractive caramelised flavour which is obtained through a unique manufacturing process. It is made by gentle roasting and vacuum drying from high quality ingredients. The caramelised flavour allows chocolate manufacturers to achieve a traditional chocolate flavour in their products.

Packaging:
The standard pack is a polythene lined, multi-walled paper sack, which provides a barrier to moisture and oxygen. The sacks are heat sealed top and bottom for maximum protection. No staples or metallic fasteners are used.
