Shipping Policy
Goods will be dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery can be expected within up to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
If your goods have not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us (hyperlink to email – admin@rogersfoods.com.au)
If an item is unavailable, we will contact you within 2-3 working days.
Please note: Orders placed via our website can only be delivered within Australia.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the merchandise you have received, we will gladly arrange a refund (issued via your original method of payment) or an exchange.
Except where required by law, all returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unopened and in original condition
- Undamaged
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In a saleable condition upon return
It is your responsibility to ensure that items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please keep the appropriate proof of transit and provide the details to Rogers. If the return parcel goes missing and no proof of transit is provided, we will consider the item as not returned.
Additionally, if the return parcel is damaged upon return to our warehouse, we will consider the goods as not returned.
